Tate Ave, Ste 500 Grapevine, Texas 76051 epickering@bhbinc.com RE: PD-205R3-HC, Questcare Dear Ms. Pickering: This letter is to inform you that PD-205R3-HC (Planned Development-205 Revision 3-Highway Commercial), to amend the Planned Development to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow a 6,520- square-foot medical building on 1.39 acres of property located at the northwest quadrant of S.H. 121 and Plaza Blvd, was approved by the Coppell City Council (6-0) on October 9, 2018, subject to the following conditions: 1. There may be additional comments at the time of Building Permit and Detail Engineering Review. 2. Replat of Lots 3 and 4 must be approved and filed with Dallas County prior to construction 3. All signage must meet ordinance requirements In order to prepare an ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When the ordinance has been completed and Council has approved it, a copy will be sent to you.
