RE: PD-205R3-HC, Questcare
Dear Ms. Pickering:
This letter is to inform you that PD-205R3-HC (Planned Development-205 Revision 3-Highway
Commercial), to amend the Planned Development to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow a 6,520-
square-foot medical building on 1.39 acres of property located at the northwest quadrant of S.H.
121 and Plaza Blvd, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission (7-0) on September 20,
2018, subject to the following conditions:
1. There may be additional comments at the time of Building Permit and Detail Engineering
Review.
2. Replat of Lots 3 and 4 must be approved and filed with Dallas County prior to
construction
3. All signage must meet ordinance requirements
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in
Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that
accurately reflect the conditions as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department two (2) 24”x36” copies of the revised plans
reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, September 26, 2018.
Also, please submit one (1) 8½”x11” paper reduction, along with a PDF electronic file.
