MacArthur Blvd was recommended for Approval by the Coppell Planning & Zoning Commission (5-0) on Thursday, December 21, 2017 subject to the following conditions; 1. There may be additional comments during the review of a building permit. 2. Any expansion of the use will trigger the requirement for a fire sprinkler system.
