Building Suzanne Arnold 08/30/2018 No comments on concept drawings. Insufficient detail for
commentary on building plan.
Engineering Kent Collins 08/31/2018 1.Consider addressing the condition of the shared drive that
runs up the west side of the property. This is a primary means
of access to the site and should be in good condition upon
development.
2.Verify depth of existing sanitary sewer
3.Additional comments will be provided upon receipt of
detailed engineering plans.

Standard Detailed Engineering - - UNRESOLVED
Fire Tim Oates 08/29/2018 If a replat is not required, the Fire Department has no
comments at this time.
Parks John Elias 08/29/2018 1. Landscape Plan calls for relocating (5) trees. It is not
practical to try and relocate a Post Oak, it will not survive. (3) of
the trees to be relocated are Ash trees, these trees will be
affected by the emerald ash borer in the coming years and will
not survive as well. I would suggest planting new trees rather
than transplanting existing trees.
