Planning Mary Paron-Boswell Site Plan (SP-1)
- Remove contours from this sheet
- We would prefer the building and playground area flipped on
the site.
- You need to change/reposition the location of the dumpster
so that a truck can actually get to it. and add a pedestrian gate.
Dumpsters are not accessible from that location/position
- Provide contact info for Hat Creek
- Show building lines - 60 front - 30 side - 20 rear
- You show an existing sign out by the SH 121 entrance. Is that
really there? If so, what kind of sign is it and provide
information for it. the sign package proposes a pole sign,
which is not allowed. Please review our sign ordinance.
- label sidewalk on site, label is for off-site properties

- Are fire lanes shown correctly? seem to stair-step
on-site/off-site
- Condition: consider installing a odor filtration device to
reduce/eliminate the odor of the grilling.
- Is there an outdoor cooler? what is the portion shown at the
north end of the building? Is that included in the 1901 sf?
Building does not meet masonry requirements.
- radii for the drive-thru ingress and egress are too small.

correctly or for perimeter landscaping sf
- please refer to the original PD for landscaping specifics – ie:
