- FIRE LANES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PLATTED, THEREFORE
A PLAT WILL BE REQUIRED. IN SPEAKING WITH
ENGINEERING THE UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE WESTERN
PORTION OF THE ISTE CAN POSSIBLY BE ABANDONED IF IT
IS NOT BEING USED.
- The easement on the northern portion of the site can have
accent trees placed in it, however, slide them as far south as
possible away from the waterline.
