Fire Tim Oates 01/29/2020 1. Fire riser room shall be directly accessible from the exterior.
2. Fire riser room shall be a minimum of 56sf, minimum
dimension 7ft to accommodate alarm and sprinkler controls.

Parks John Elias 01/28/2020 1. Tree Removal Permit required prior to start of construction.
2. Tree Mitigation will need to be done on a per lot basis as
they are developed.
3. Tree survey should only include trees on the lot being
developed. Remove all unprotected trees from the Tree
Mitigation Plan, including all cottonwood trees under 10"DBH.
