P&Z Action letter November 27, 2019 Barnier Building 1105 Northville St, Houston, Texas (281) 931-8666 bill@barnierbuilding.com RE: S-1166R-LI, Park’n FlyRolling (Car Wash) Dear Mr. Davidson: This letter is to inform you that, a zone change request from S-1166-LI (Special Use Permit-1166 -Light Industrial) to S-1166R-LI (Special Use Permit-1166 Revised-Light Industrial), to approve a revised site plan, landscape plans and building elevations for the addition of a car wash, and adjusting access to the fire lane by removing some canopies and relocation of internal gates, on approximately 16 acres of property located at 800 S. Royal, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on November 21, 2019, subject to the following conditions: 1. There may additional comments generated during detail engineering review. 2. Add stop signs to the drive aisle both north and south of the car wash exit. Please revise the plans to reflect the above conditions. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect the conditions as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department a PDF electronic file of the revised plans reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon, Tuesday December 3, 2019. The date scheduled for consideration by Coppell City Council is Tuesday December 10, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall.
