- The water line easements on the back of the property are not
necessary.
- 24' easement around the buildings should be a fire lane,
mutual access, and utility easement. Drainage easement is
not necessary here.
- Add a 20' easement for the proposed public water line at the
front of the property to run in the grass instead of under the
pavement
- Add a 10' sidewalk easement
- Proposed 15' sanitary sewer easement does not meet city
requirements. Suggestion to change this easement to a 24' fire
lane, mutual access, and utility easement
- Please revise plans to clarify which parts fo the 24' common
access & fire lane easement on Tract I are being abandoned.

20' electric easements are missing
