P&Z Action letter July 19, 2019 Kendal Pope BRW Architects 3535 Travis Street, Suite 250 Dallas, TX, 75204 kpope@brwarch.com RE: Diamond Addition (Fire Station #4), Lots 1 and 2, Block A Dear Mr. Pope: This letter is to inform you that the Diamond Addition (Fire Station #4), Lots 1 and 2, Block A Replat/Minor Plat to establish acres to establish two lots with the necessary fire lanes and easements for the construction of Fire Station #4 and Resource Center, and the existing water tower on 4.33 acres of property located on the south side of Northpoint Drive, just west of Royal Lane, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission (6-1) on July 18, 2019 subject to the following conditions: 1. There may be additional comments at the time of Engineering Review and Building Permit. 2. Filing subject to the filing of Amberpoint Business Park at Coppell Addition, Lots 2R-3R1 and 2R-3R2, Block A. This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within 180 days (on or before January 14, 2020), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans then the plat can be submitted for city signatures. After city signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
