NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th day of June,
2019, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of Case
No. PD-299-C, Stacked Storage, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to PD-299-C (Planned Development-299-
Commercial) to allow 5,100 square feet of office and 17,000 square feet of storage area, with a maximum building height
of 35’ on 2.7 acres of property located at the northeast corner of SH 121 and Coppell Road, and to amend the Land Use
Map of Coppell 2030, A Comprehensive Master Plan from Urban Residential Neighborhood to Freeway Special District at
the request of Michael Cole, Stacked Storage. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, in person or by calling the Planning Department at 972-304-3678.

the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the Planning & Zoning
Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-299-C, Stacked Storage, zoning change request from C
(Commercial) to PD-299-C (Planned Development-299- Commercial) to allow 5,100 square feet of office and 17,000 square
feet of storage area, with a maximum building height of 35’ on 2.7 acres of property located at the northeast corner of SH
121 and Coppell Road, and to amend the Land Use Map of Coppell 2030, A Comprehensive Master Plan from Urban
Residential Neighborhood to Freeway Special District at the request of Michael Cole, Stacked Storage. All interested citizens
of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located beyond the 200-foot
notification distance required by state and local laws, but is within 800 feet of the property requested to be rezoned
