BISCUIT BAR 800 PH LETTERMailed June 7, 2019 COURTESY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th day of June, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the PD-209R2R-C, Town Oaks Centre (Biscuit Bar), zoning change request from PD-209R2-C (Planned Development-209- Revision 2-Commercial) to PD-209R2R-C (Planned Development-209-Revision 2 Revised-Commercial) to allow the re- occupancy of an existing vacant restaurant building requiring variances to the Zoning Ordinance including: the expansion of an outdoor patio area encroaching into the required setback area and five parking space deficit on 0.57 acres of property located at the southeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road, at the request of Alen Hinckley, being represented by Janie Burkett, The Biscuit Bar. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, in person or by calling the Planning Department at 972-304-3678.
