ResRP PH LETTER Hearthstone 200 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st day of March, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the ZC-627, 361 and 365 Hearthstone Lane (rear portions), being a rezoning request from H (Historic) to SF-9 (Single Family-9) on 0.294 acres of property located approximately 120 feet west of Hearthstone Lane and approximately 153 feet north of W. Bethel Road, being the rear portions of 361 and 365 Hearthstone Lane at the request of David & Fiona Barleggs and Amy & Michael Curtis being represented by Wind Eddie Rodrigues, Windrose Land Surveying. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, in person or by calling the Planning Department at 972-304-3678. Persons owning property within 200 feet in the original subdivision of the proposed replat are required by State law to receive notification of this hearing. According to the current tax records, you are the owner of property affected by this replat. Regarding this replat, Local Government Code Section 212.015 requires that you be advised of the following requirement of subsection (c): c. If the proposed replat requires a variance and is protested in accordance with this subsection, the proposed replat must rece ive, in order to be approved, the affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members present of the municipal planning commission or governing body or both. For a legal protest, written instruments signed by the owners of at least 20 percent o f the area of the lots or land immediately adjoining the area covered by the proposed repla t and extending 200 feet from that area, but within the original subdivision, must be filed with the municipal planning commission or governing body, prior to t he close of the public hearing.
