Halff Associates 1201 North Bowser Richardson, Texas 75081 rgossett@halff.com RE: Prologis Park One Twenty One Addition, Lots 1R and 2R, Block A - Plat Approval Dear Mr. Gossett: Prologis Park One Twenty One Addition, Lots 1R and 2R, Block A, being a replat of Prologis Park One Twenty One Addition, Lots 1 and 2, Block A, being 17.84 acres to to establish a fire lane and other easements for an office warehouse development on land zoned PD- 272R5-LI and PD-272R6-LI, located at the northeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Freeport Parkway, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission (7-0) on February 21, 2019, subject to the condition that additional comments may be generated upon detail engineering review and building permit. This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within 180 days (on or before August 20, 2019), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans then the plat can be submitted for city signatures. After city signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
