RE: PD-197R5-H, Robertson
Dear Mr. Frnka:
This letter is to inform you that PD-197R5-H, a rezoning request from PD-197R-H (Planned
Development District-197 Revised - Historic) to PD-197R5-H (Planned Development-197
Revision 5-Historic) to amend the Concept Plan and attach a Detail Site Plan to allow two
live/work units on Lot 1, Block A, containing 0.27 acres of property located at the northeast corner
of S. Coppell Road and McNear Drive was approved by the City Council on August 14, 2018,
subject to the following that will be incorporated into the PD as conditions:
There may be additional comments during the building permit and detailed engineering
review.
A replat will be required
All proposed signage shall comply with ordinance requirements.
To allow an eight-foot wood fence in lieu of a six-foot masonry fence.
In order to prepare an ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When the
ordinance has been completed and Council has approved it, a copy will be sent to you. As a
reminder, the zoning change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for your deposit
reimbursement of $200.
