Hi Greg,
Typically we have grouped Dry cleaners under retail at 1:200 if they are the drop off and pick up location only; if they
also did the laundering there then they would be under the other service use. Hope that helps.

Subject: 205 N Denton PArking
For parking counts, the owner wants to know if the dry cleaner is considered basic retail or a service.
Under parking, the zoning ordinance has:
Furniture or appliance store, hardware store, wholesale establishments, machinery or equipment sales and
service, clothing or shoe repair or service: Two parking spaces plus one additional parking space for each 300
square feet of floor area over 1,000.
Let me know if this can apply to the dry cleaners.
