SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a Special Called Meeting on Monday,
the 23rd day of November, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., for a Public Hearing in consideration of PD-304-H, Nixon
Pence Residential, a zoning change request from H (Historic) to PD-304-H (Planned Development–304 –
Historic), to allow for two residential units on 0.442 acres of land located on the west side of S. Coppell Road,
approximately 175 feet south of W. Bethel Road, at the request of the property owner ANCH, LLC., being
represented by Hennessey Engineering Inc.
This meeting will be closed to in person attendance by the public to reduce the spread of COVID-19. A temporary
suspension of the Open Meetings Act to allow telephone or videoconference of public meetings has been granted by
Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Letters and emails may be submitted by any citizen of the City or other party of
interest to express his or her opinion concerning this request. Comments will be read into the record during
the public hearing portion of the meeting. Letters may be addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 265 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, by email at planning@coppelltx.gov, or by calling
the Planning Department at 972-304-3678. This meeting will also be live streamed on the city’s website at
www.coppelltx.gov.

Bethel Road, at the request of the property owner ANCH, LLC., being represented by Hennessey
Engineering Inc.

You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located beyond the 200-foot
notification distance required by state and local laws but is within 800 feet of the property requested to be rezoned.
