NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 17rs
day of September, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. for consideration ofthe PD -214898-C,151 Coffee, a zoning change request
from PD -214R9 C (Planned Development 214Revision 9- Commercial) to PD -21410R -C (Planner Development -
214 -Revision 9 Revised- Commercial), to revise the Detail Site Plan to allow for a larger building (857-s0, outdoor
patio area, revised drive thou configuration, landscaping and elevations for 151 Coffee.
This meeting will be closed to in person attendance by the public to reduce the spread of COVID-19. A
temporary suspension of the Open Meetings Act to allow telephone orvideoconference of public meetings has
been granted by Texas Governor Greg Abbott Letters and email, may be submitted by any citizen of the
City or other party of interest to express his or her opinion concerning this request. Comments will be
read into the record during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Letters may be addressed to the
