NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 8th day of June, 2021, at 7:30
p.m. in the Town Center building located at 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell TX, for consideration of PD-306-HC,
VariSpace, a zoning change request from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-306-HC (Planned Development-306-
Highway Commercial), to approve a Detail Site Plan for a 185,700-square-foot, 3-story office building with a two story
parking structure on 9.84 acres of land located at the southeast corner of Freeport Parkway and SH 121, at the request
of Varidesk LLC, being represented by Joshua Dockery, BOKA Powell.
A temporary suspension of the Open Meetings Act to allow telephone or videoconference of public meetings has been granted
by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Any citizen of the city or other party of interest may express his or her opinion concerning
this request in person, at 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, TX, during the meeting, or in writing, prior to the meeting. Letters and
emails will be read into the record during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Letters may be addressed to the City of
Coppell City Secretary’s Office, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, by email at citysec@coppelltx.gov, or by
calling the City Secretary’s Office at 972-304-3669. This meeting will also be live streamed on the city’s website at
www.coppelltx.gov.

Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter
H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.
Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under
Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is
carried openly.
