NORTHLAKE 800 PH LETTERMailed June 17, 2019 COURTESY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th day of June, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the PD-224R2-HC, Northlake College, a zoning change request from PD-224R-HC (Planned Development 224 Revised- Highway Commercial) to PD-224R2-HC (Planned Development 224 Revision 2-Highway Commercial), to revise the Concept Master Plan and attach a Detail Site Plan to permit a 146,655 square foot expansion in conjunction with Construction Education Foundation (CEF) on approximately 34.8 acres located at 101 S. Royal Lane, at the request of Dallas Community College District, being represented by Scott Wegener, Beck Architecture. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, in person or by calling the Planning Department at 972-304-3678. The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 9th day of July, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-224R2-HC, Northlake College, a zoning change request from PD- 224R-HC (Planned Development 224 Revised-Highway Commercial) to PD-224R2-HC (Planned Development 224 Revision 2-Highway Commercial), to revise the Concept Master Plan and attach a Detail Site Plan to permit a 146,655 square foot expansion in conjunction with Construction Education Foundation (CEF) on approximately 34.8 acres located at 101 S. You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located beyond the 200-foot notification distance required by state and local laws, but is within 800 feet of the property requested to be rezoned PUBLIC NOTICE - STATEMENT FOR ADA COMPLIANCE AND OPEN CARRY LEGISLATION The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
