Dear Ms. Edmondson:
PD-231R-H, 528 & 532 S. Coppell Rd., a zoning change request from PD-231-H (Planned
Development-231-Historic) to PD-231R-H (Planned Development-231 Revised-Historic), to
change from a Planned Development, which was never constructed and allow the tracts to continue
their use as residential within the existing residential structures on 0.43 acres of property located
at 528 & 532 S. Coppell Road, was recommended for approval by the Planning & Zoning
Commission (7-0) on October 21, 2021, subject to the following condition:
1. Correct the deed information on the Jean Murph Survey to reflect the correct volume and
page. (Vol. 84048, Pg. 6336).
Please make revisions to the plans in accordance with the above recommendation and submit the
revised plans to the CSS online portal no later than October 27th. Please also email the PDFs to
msteer@coppelltx.gov. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is
Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Center. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result
in the denial of this application.
