Agenda for the July 3, 2019 DRC Meeting 2. Staff Comments Remarks: A. Please revise all plans based on staff recommendations. Should the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the July 3, 2019 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans to the July 3, 2019 meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend this meeting. C. The applicant will have until noon July 9, 2019 to submit 7 24”X36” sets, FOLDED, and a .PDF of each exhibit. D. Applicant is responsible for erecting, maintaining and removing a sign notifying the public of the pending zoning application. A deposit in the amount of $200 for the sign will be required, which will be refunded by mail after the sign is returned in good condition to the Planning Department. The sign shall be placed on the property no later than July 8, 2019, (minimum 10 days prior to the Planning Commission hearing) and shall be removed after the City Council’s approval or disapproval of the application.
