The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th
day of March, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. for consideration of PD-280R-R, Coppell Sandy Lake Lift Station Addition,
Lot 1, Block A, a zoning change request from PD-280-R (Planned Development-280-Retail) to PD-280R-R (Planned
Development–280 Revised-Retail) to approve a Detail Site Plan for an improved Lift Station located on 0.756 acres
of land located on the south side of Sandy Lake Road between S. MacArthur Blvd and Starleaf Street, at the request
of the City of Coppell, the property owner, being represented by Adrian Dongell of Plummer Associates, Inc.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Due to a temporary suspension of the Open Meetings Act, granted
by Texas Governor Greg Abbott, citizens wishing to express his or her opinion concerning this request
may also do so via telephone, videoconference, or by letter. Letters may be addressed to the City of
Coppell Planning Department, 265 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, by email at
planning@coppelltx.gov, or by calling the Planning Department at 972-304-3678. Comments will be
read into the record during the public hearing portion of the meeting. This meeting will also be live
streamed on the city’s website at www.coppelltx.gov.

You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located beyond the
200-foot notification distance required by state and local laws but is within 800 feet of the property
requested to be rezoned.
