Dear Mr. Islam:
Valley Ranch Center Addition, LotAR-1, Block 1, Replat, a Replat to revise the fire lane and
easements on the lot for the redevelopment of the convenience store and fuel station., located on
0.92 acres of property at the southeast corner of East Belt Line Road and South MacArthur
Boulevard, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission (7-0) on October 21, 2021,
subject to the following conditions:
1. There may be additional comments at the time of Engineering & Building Permit.
2. Approval of the zoning from City Council.
The date that the Final plat must be submitted to the City for signatures is April 21, 2022, otherwise
