The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a
Public Hearing on the 19th day of November, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. in the
Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, case #S-1029
at the request of William Dunaway; from: (LI) Light Industrial, to
(LI.S.U.P.) Light Industrial with a special use permit to allow the
expansion of an auto repair garage; on property generally described as
follows: 1203 Crestside Drive. Ail interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the
proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of
Coppell, Planning and Zoning Coordinator, P.O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas
75019.
