This letter is in response to the rezoning hearing for 748 Deforest Road (PD 184-R2-SF-ED). We are opposed to the plan
to change from a single family home to a two single family or a multi-family development.
· We are concerned with the impacts to the surrounding properties of the drainage resulting from structural
changes and paving / roadway changes on the property
· We don’t understand what it means to incorporate the existing carriage house into a Planned Development
District. We would like further explanation
· We do not think it is appropriate to have short term rental / Airbnb / commercial property within an otherwise
residential neighborhood area.
