into one containing 2.065 acres of land located on the northside of W. Bethel Road, approximately
325 ft east of Hearthstone Lane, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission (4-0) on
August 18, 2022.
The date that the Final plat must be submitted to the City for signatures is February 18, 2023,
