NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th
day of November, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. for consideration of S-1264-C, Firehouse Subs, a zoning change request
from C (Commercial) to S-1264-C (Special Use Permit-1264-Commercial), to allow a 1,200-square-foot
restaurant with approximately 16 seats and pick-up service located at 150 South Denton Tap Road, Suite 111,
at the request of Michael Hershman of Eagle Braewood L.P.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Those wishing to express his or her opinion concerning this request may do so by attending this
public hearing in person at 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX, during the scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting, by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019,
or by calling the Planning Department at 972-304-3678, or email at planning@coppelltx.gov. This meeting will also be
live streamed on the city’s website at www.coppelltx.gov. Planning and Zoning meeting agendas, staff reports, and

person and participate in the same. Any citizens wishing to express his or her opinion concerning this request may do
so via telephone, videoconference, or by letter, by 2pm, on the day of the meeting. This meeting will take place at 255
Parkway Blvd., Coppell, TX. Letters may be addressed to the City of Coppell City Secretary’s Office, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, by email at citysec@coppelltx.gov, or by calling the City Secretary’s Office at 972-304-
3669. Comments will be read into the record during the public hearing portion of the meeting. This meeting will also
