NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the
21st day of July, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. for consideration of PD-250R26-H, Old Town Addition, Lot 4R, Block
D, a zoning change request from PD-250R8-H (Planned Development- 250 Revision 8- Historic) to PD-
250R26-H (Planned Development-250-Revision 26 – Historic), to approve a Detail Site Plan for a 10,215-
square-foot, two-story mixed-use building with retail on the first floor and two residential units on the second
floor on 0.25 acres of land located on the west side of West Main St. between Houston St. and Travis St., at
767 W. Main St, at the request of Diana Ahmad being represented by Bill Peck, William Peck & Associates,
Inc.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing
and participate in the same. Those wishing to express his or her opinion concerning this request may do so by
attending this public hearing in person at 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX, during the scheduled Planning
& Zoning Commission meeting, by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, by calling the Planning Department at 972-304-3678, or email at
planning@coppelltx.gov. This meeting will also be live streamed on the city’s website at www.coppelltx.gov.

Secretary’s Office, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, by email at citysec@coppelltx.gov, or by
calling the City Secretary’s Office at 972-304-3669. Comments will be read into the record during the public
hearing portion of the meeting. This meeting will also be live streamed on the city’s website at
www.coppelltx.gov.
