Dear Mr. Furse,
Z aM writing in response to our conversation regaTding
right-of-way or easement across the CISD property
located at the intersection of Samuel an~ MacArthur
Boulevard. Due to the limited amount o~ playground and
physical education area available on this site, CISD
respectively declines to grant easement or right-of-way
to provide access from Samuel to your adjacent property
on MacArthur. I do hope that you are able to .find a
reasonable solution which allows timely and eEficlent
· use oK your property.
Sincerely,
Wilburn O. Echols, Jr.,
Superintendent
