This letter is to inform you that the variance from Section 10-5-2 (C) of the City of Coppell Sign
Ordinance regulating spacing and setbacks for detached (monumen0 signs, specifically related
to granting a 25 foot (more or less) variance to the 75 foot required side yard setback, requested
by you, was approved by the Coppell City Council on February 8, 1994.
