RE: REVISIONS TO PLATTING AND SUP DRAWINGS FOR BLOOMING
COLORS NURSERY ADDITION
Dear Ms. Bowman:
Please find attached three (3) revised copies of site plan,
zoning exhibit and elevations for the SUP process. The
platting drawings (preliminary plat, grading plan and water
and sewer plan) are being delivered under a separate cover
letter. The following revisions were made as requested
during the November 23, 1993, Development Review Committee
meeting:
1. Metal Awning not allowed. Change to a composite
shingle awning with masonry columns. Greg Jones.
2. Create a fire lane "turn-around" per Coppell Fire
Code with appropriate striping on the north parking lot.
Troy Glidewell.
3. Show where Flood Plain begins and add flood plain
note. Ken Griffin.
4. Show storm sewer pipe across the entire front of
property. Grade outflow to nearest eastern inlet (Attached
letter gives permission to complete this work on neighbor's
property). Ken Griffin.
5. Show adjacent parcels and owners on all drawings.
Taryon Bowman.
6. Show distance to MacArthur Boulevard on all
drawings. Taryon Bowman.
7. Supply owner's and surveyor's certificate on 8 1/2"
x 11" size paper to Ms. Bowman. Taryon Bowman.
8. Increase tree caliper size to 3" per Coppell
Streetscape requirements. Gary Sieb.
9. Accurately show sidewalk and monument locations.
Sidewalk to be one foot north of property line and monument
not to be located on utility easement. Gary Sieb.
10. Show backflow preventer on domestic water supply
tap. Steve Goram.

Please be advised that NEC Properties, I~c. a~thorizes Blooming
Colors Nursery & Landscaping, Inc. to grade, as n~=~ssary, the
property east of the proposed Blooming Colors Nursery addition
development. Such gradin~ to drain off premises shall be limited
to what is necessary ~o effect drainage along the mouthside o~ Belt
~ine ~oad from the Blooming Colors Nurs=~y p~opo~ed east property
line to an existing wye inlet located approximately 150 feet east
thereot and adjacent to the Belt Line Road righ~-of-way. It is
specifically understood that such grade work shall be limited to
what is necessary to effect drainage to the wye inlet.
