Dear Ms. Salerno:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of S-1085, C
(Commercial) to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit) for Gloria's Pizza,
located on the north side of Sandy Lake Road, between Kimbel Court and
MacArthur Boulevard, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
November 8, 1994, subject to the site plan. Please keep in mind that should the
business sell, the Planning and Zoning Commission or the City Council has the
authority to call a public hearing to determine proper zoning.
A copy of the Ordinance will be sent to you after it has been prepared and
approved by Council.
