White Grove Express Dear Lenny: This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1074R, White Glove Express, zoning change from C (Commercial) and C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permi0 to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permi0 to amend the existing Special Use Permit and to grant a Special Use Permit on land to the south of the existing car wash to allow the construction of an oil lube and car detailing facility, located along the east side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 500 feet south of Bmewood Drive, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, December 10, 1996, subject to the Site Plan and the following conditions: 1) Sign colors and copy on all buildings to generally be as presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission by the applicant at the public hearing. 2) All automobile service, other than carwash drying and interior cleaning, shall take place inside the buildings. 3) All roof-top mechanical equipment and antennae shall be screened. 4) Signs inside the building shall be no larger than 3 square feet in area, and shall not face an open bay doorway or bay door glass. 5) Exterior signs on all buildings shall be limited to those as shown on the site plan and elevations drawings. All signs can be back-lit as outlined in the Zoning Ordinance. 6) Compliance with Fire Department requirements as follows: (a) Show all fire lanes to be dedicated on the Plat. Co) One additional fire hydrant is required. All portions of the buildings must be within 150 feet both of a hydrant and of a fire lane. Distance is measured as the hose lays. A solid landscaping wall in lieu of the wooden fence along the south property line. Landscaping will be in accordance with the Plant palette as listed in Section 34 of the Zoning Ordinance. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and the Ordinance has been approved by Council, a copy will be sent to you.
