Notice of P&Z 5/15/97 mtg. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of May, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. S-1090R(CH), Natural Gas Well, zoning change for property zoned
LI-S. U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit) by amending the Special Use Permit to remove
Condition #3 which states "Once the field has been discovered, all additional wells will be
drilled no closer than 2,640 linear feet from each other." All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this amendment request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
