RE: S-1086 - Rejoice Lutheran Church
Dear Pastor Hovland:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of S-1086, zoning
change from SF-12 (Single Family-12) to SF-12, S.U.P (Single Family-12,
Special Use Permit) for Rejoice Lutheran Church, located on the north side of
Sandy Lake Road, approximately 600' east of Lodge Road, was approved by the
Coppell City Council on Tuesday, November 8, 1994, subject to the site plan,
landscape plan (with botanical names and quantities noted), streetscape provisions,
and all other City requirements being met. Council waived the screening fence
requirement on the western property line and needs assurance that action will be
taken to mutually maintain the north screening fence with the appropriate
homeowners association.
