RE: Case No. S-1090R(CI-I)
Dear Mr. Dvorin:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1090R(CH), zoning change for property zoned LI-
S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permi0 by amending the Special Use Permit to remove
Condition//3 which states "Once the field has been discovered, all additional wells will be
drilled no closer than 2,640 linear feet from each other" was recommended for approval by the
Commission on Thursday, May 15, 1997. The language recommended to replace Condition No.
3 is as follows: "Once the field has been discovered, no additional wells will be drilled without
obtaining a Special Use Permit."
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 10, 1997,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this. application.
