Notice of P&Z 1/19/95 mtg. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of January, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case #S-1090, zoning change from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial-Special Use Permit), at the request of WDS Resources, Inc., to allow the operation of a natural gas well on property generally described as follows: one acre of a 43.8913 acre tract of property located at the northwest corner of Thweatt and Coppell Roads, approximately 1,000 feet north of Thweatt Road and 1,300 feet west of Coppell Road. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
