Notice of P&Z 8/17/95 mtg. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 17th day of August, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of a zoning change, Case #S-1094R, at the request of Arthur Weinman Architects,
from C (Commercial), to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit), to allow the Dairy Queen
to expand its existing restaurant on property generally described as follows: northwest corner
of the intersection of Southwestern Boulevard and Denton Tap Road. All interested citizens of
the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his
or her opinion concerning this Special Use Permit request by letter addressed to the City of
Copper Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
