RE: S-1094R. Dairy Queen Restaurant
Dear Parrish:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of S-1094R, Dairy Queen Restaurant,
changing the zoning from C (Commercial) to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit), to
allow the expansion of the existing restaurant, located at the northwest corner of the intersection
of Southwestern Boulevard and Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 17, 1995. The following
conditions apply:
(1) Approval is subject to the site plan. Please be aware that a notation needs to be
made on the site plan showing a 5-foot sidewalk easement along Denton Tap
Road and noting that the sidewalk will be constructed when City Council deems
it appropriate, and
(2) the grading and drainage plans need to be submitted to the Engineering
Department prior to receiving a permit.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 12,
1995, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
Sincerely,
Pert Virtanen
