This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Case #S-1095, changing the zoning
from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), on property
located in the Valley Ranch Center, located at the southeast corner of MacArthur Boulevard and
Beltline Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, May 18, 1995, subject to the site plan.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 13, 1995,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
