KELLER, TX 76248 September 25, 1995 ~i i~"i Mr. Gary Seib Director of Planning and Community Services City of Coppell 255 Parkway Blvd Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Lakeside Village, Phase II Mr. Seib, As you are aware, we desire to slightly modify the attached building signs on the proposed Kroger store at MacArthur and Sandy Lake from the signs depicted on the exhibitsd by the City Council on September 12, 1995. The purpose of the desired change is to add a Bank of America sign to the building as required by our contract with them. Additionally, the "Food & Pharmacy" sign will be smaller than originally shown. Enclosed are two exhibits. One shows the building signage as approved by the City Council, the other shows the proposed revision. Based on a building length of 298' both,~~comply with the City's sign ordinance.
