Notice of 10/21/99 P&Z mtg. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 21st day of October, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case
No. S-1108R, PCS PrimeCo Wireless Communications, zoning change request for property
zoned A-S.U.P. (Agriculture, Special Use Permit) to amend the Special Use Permit Site Plan to
allow 2 additional accessory cabinets at the base of an existing T.U. Electric tower located
approximately 1,000' southwest of the intersection of S. MacArthur Boulevard and the T.U.
Electric transmission line easement; north of E. Beltline Road, at the request of Masterplan. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this Special Use Permit amendment request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.
