Notice of 8/19/99 P&Z mtg. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 19th day of August, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center. for consideration
of Case No. S-1110R2(CH). PCS PrimeCo Wireless Communications Antenna and Cabinet, a
Called Hearing to change the zoning from LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit) to
HC-S.U.P. (Highway Commercial Special Use Permit) for 493 square feet of property located
along the south side of Fritz Drive, approximately 1,346' east of Royal Lane. The Planning and
Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than
that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. An3' citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
