Dear Sir/Madam:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1110, zoning change from L! (Light Industrial) to
LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit) to allow a wireless communications antenna be
mounted to an existing T.U. Electric tower with an accessory cabinet at the base of the tower,
located on the TU easement south of Cotton Road, approximately 1,346 feet east of Royal Lane,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
April 18, 1996, subject to the Site Plan and landscaping consisting of 5 two-gallon photinia
plants, three feet on center, arranged in a semi-circle around two sides of the accessory cabinet,
as well as the frontage that faces Cotton Road. As volunteered by Mr. Coker, this landscaping
will be kept in a healthy, growing condition.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 14, 1996,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this application.
