Notice of 4/18/96 P&Z mtg.NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commi~ion of the City of Coppeil will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of April, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. S-1110, PCS PrimeCo Wireless Communications Antenna and Accessory Cabinet, zoning change from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S.U.P (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), at the request of Masterplan, to allow a wireless communications antenna be mounted to an existing T.U. Electric tower with an accessory cabinet at the base of the tower, located on the TU easement south of Cotton Road, approximately 1,946 feet east of Royal Lane. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppeil and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
