This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1110R, PCS PrimeCo Wireless Communications Antenna and
Accessory Cabinet, zoning change request for property zoned HC-S.U.P. (Highway Commercial, Special Use
Permit) to amend the Special Use Permit Site Plan to allow 2 additional accessory cabinets at the base of an
existing TU Electric tower located on a T.U. easement south of Fritz Drive, approximately 1,346 feet east of
Royal Lane, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
March 18, 1999.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 13, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. In order to forward your case to Council, we need by 12 noon, Wednesday, March
31", 17 additional copies of the Electrical, Site Plan, Details and Grounding Elevations.
