The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 18th day of March, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. S-1110R, PCS PrimeCo Wireless Communications Antenna and
Accessory Cabinet, zoning change request for property zoned HC-S.U.P. (Highway
Commercial, Special Use Permit) to amend the Special Use Permit Site Plan to allow 2
additional accessory cabinets at the base of an existing TU Electric tower located on a T.U.
easement south of Fritz Drive, approximately 1,346 feet east of Royal Lane, at the request of
Masterplan. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district
which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this
public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may
also express his or her opinion concerning this Special Use Permit request by letter addressed to
the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

Communications Antenna and Accessory Cabinet, zoning change request for property zoned
HC-S.U.P. (Highway Commercial, Special Use Permit) to amend the Special Use Permit Site
