The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of August, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. S-1113. Church of the Apostles. Episcopal, zoning change from SF-7
(Single Family-7) to SF-7-S.U.P. (Single Family-7, Special Use Permit), at the request of Arthur
Weinman Architects, to allow the construction of a church on 7 acres of property located on the
east side of MacArthur Boulevard, across from Starleaf Street. The Planning and Zoning
Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that
requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
