Summary of Request by Church of the Apos~-~-~"'vo///ll!, to Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD - August 30, 1996 ' In our effort to comply with the Planning and Zoning Board's request that The Church the Apostles secure an easement from the Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD the follo~ving action has been taken: August 16 - Telephone conversation between Carol Green, member Church of the Apostles, and Mark Hyatt, assistant Superintendent for Support Services with CFBISD. In this conversation Mr. Hyatt indicated that he would need a written request for easement and an engineering survey of the land in question. August 20 - Arthur Weinman, architect for Church of the Apostles, faxed a the easement document along with the engineering study to Mr. Hyatt's office. This was followed by a written confirmation of the fax. August 21 - The documents that Mr. Hyatt requested were hand delivered to Mr. Hyatt's secretary, Judy Weindorff, by Carol Green. August 22 - Mr. Hyatt telephoned Mr. Weinman to ask additional information on the materials he had received. August 27 - After a conversation between Ms. Green and Ms. Weindorff a fax was sent at 9:17am indicating the Church had delivered the requested information to Mr. Hyatt's office and that the easement was under consideration. This fax was sent in hopes that Mr. Hyatt would acknowledge the delivery by signing the letter. August 28 - A brief telephone conversation was initiated by Ms. Green, with Ms. Weindorff inquiring on the status of the faxed letter. August 28 - A telephone conversation was initiated by Ms. Green with Mr. Hyatt requesting that he give some written indication that the Church had requested an easement from the district. During this conversation Mr. Hyatt indicated that the school project on MacArthur was at least three to five years from initiation. He also indicated that CFBISD was not interested in making any decision until some future date. August 30 - A telephone conversation was initiated by Ms. Green with Mr. Hyatt's office.
